The Win Room ("we," "us," or "our") operates a private members club, restaurant, craft cocktail bar, and cigar lounge in Lake Nona, Orlando, Florida, together with this website and online shop. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us: name, email address, phone number, and company when you make a reservation, submit a membership application, apply for a position, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter; billing and shipping details when you place an order in our shop; membership details, visit check-ins, purchases, and loyalty points activity for members; and any documents you voluntarily submit, such as a résumé. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and improve it.
3. Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: confirm reservations and private space bookings; review membership and employment applications; fulfil shop orders; operate the member portal, digital membership card, and loyalty rewards program; send transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, account notices); send the newsletter you subscribed to; and comply with legal obligations, including age verification requirements for tobacco and alcohol.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and website hosting — and only to the extent necessary. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our guests and staff.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in to the member portal or admin dashboard and to remember your shopping cart. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it. We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls limited to authorised staff.
8. Your Rights

9. Age Requirement
Our venue, products, and website are intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.
