1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of The Win Room website, online shop, member portal, and our physical venue in Lake Nona, Orlando, Florida. By accessing the site or visiting the venue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Age Requirement
The Win Room is a 21+ establishment. You must be at least 21 years of age to enter the venue, purchase cigars, tobacco products, or alcohol, hold a membership, or place an order through our shop. Valid government-issued identification is required and will be checked.
3. Membership
Membership is offered by invitation or approved application at our sole discretion. Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, or assigned. Membership privileges — including lounge access, lockers, events, and the digital membership card — are conditional on good standing. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership for conduct that violates these Terms, house rules, or the discretion expected of our community, without refund of dues except where required by law.
4. Reservations & Events
Reservations and event RSVPs are requests until confirmed by our team. We may hold tables for a limited grace period. Event tickets, where sold, are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us, in which case a full refund or credit will be offered.
5. Shop Purchases
All products in our shop are offered subject to availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely via Stripe at checkout. By law, tobacco products may only be sold to buyers 21 or older, and all cigar and tobacco sales are final. Non-tobacco accessories may be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping. We ship only where permitted by applicable law and we are not responsible for import duties where they apply.
6. Loyalty Program
Members earn one (1) Win Point per U.S. dollar spent in our shop, bar, and restaurant. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged. Points may be redeemed only for rewards listed in the rewards catalog, subject to availability. We reserve the right to adjust earning rates, reward offerings, and point balances in cases of error or abuse, and to modify or discontinue the program with reasonable notice to members.
7. Conduct
We maintain an atmosphere of discretion and respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone whose conduct, in our judgment, compromises the experience or safety of our guests and staff. Photography of other guests without consent is prohibited.
8. Health Notice
Cigar smoking and alcohol consumption carry inherent health risks. By entering the cigar lounge you acknowledge exposure to tobacco smoke. Please enjoy responsibly.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, logos, images, and design — is the property of The Win Room or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, The Win Room shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, shop, or venue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or venue after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
